They also provide resources for Managers and Supervisors to effectively address challenging staff issues, as well as focus on supporting personal functioning though solution-focussed professional assistance, including unlimited counselling.
The TherapyWorks EAP is a unique, flexible, innovative, professional and cost beneficial service that covers the employee, the employee's spouse or partner, and children up to the age of 18.
