Workplace Wellbeing Toolbox Workshop - Half Day

Course Outline

What is it like to be ‘working well’ – as an individual, a workplace, a community? How does your workplace affect your mental health?

There is much talk of ‘stress’ in the workplace. High levels of workplace stress and poor workplace responses to it are damaging employee wellbeing.

The Work Wellbeing toolbox covers a variety of topics to help develop and support mentally healthy workplaces.

This toolbox includes information on ‘mentally healthy workplaces’, managing difficulties within the workplace and other mental health issues. There are several tips and suggestions on how to look after your own mental wellbeing.

This course is designed for all employees, however it is recommended that supervisory staff participate in the Workplace Wellbeing 1-day workshop.
